The company Conecta Agro was created in 2011 through a study group of the master's degree in Rural Economics at the Federal University of Ceará. The initial intention was to carry out research and survey the deficiencies of existing associations and cooperatives of beekeepers in the State of Ceará.
Research results showed that rural producers, even organized in cooperatives and associations, lacked good management practices, technical knowledge and effective marketing. Based on the results, the company was created to provide consultancy and training to beekeepers, cooperatives and associations. Over time, Conectas Agro's executive team also decided to sell organic honey and became a supplier to the Brazilian domestic market.
Today we can proudly say that we have one of the best structures in the country to receive, process and store organic honey that meets very strict requirements, which enables us to serve not only the Brazilian domestic market, but also the demands of most demanding markets in the world.
Our Structure: Our factory has a structure that serves the most demanding markets and has a work team with extensive experience and competence in the sector.
Our Beekeepers: All beekeepers that supply honey to the Agro Connection are certified as organic and have a strict quality control, in addition to the traceability and sustainability that we do in all stages of its production.
Our Location: Conecta Agro is strategically located in the city of Crato, in the state of Ceará, close to our beekeepers, facilitating the flow of honey to our factory.
